Every Magnet Moments magnet is made to order from your own photos. Because each one is personalized, we can’t accept returns or exchanges if you simply change your mind. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.

Email us at contact@mymagnetmoments.com within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number and a photo showing the problem.

We’ll reprint the affected magnets and ship them to you free of charge. If a reprint isn’t possible, we’ll refund those items.

We print the photos you upload. Photos that are blurry, dark or low resolution may print that way, and these magnets aren’t eligible for a free reprint. For the best result, use a clear, well-lit photo where the main subject fills most of the picture. If a photo looks too small to print well, we may contact you before printing.

Yes. You can cancel for a full refund until we start printing your order. Email us as soon as possible with your order number.

If tracking shows your package was lost in transit, contact us. We’ll reprint and resend your order once, at no cost to you.

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method (PayPal or Venmo). The time it takes to show in your account depends on PayPal.

Order and contact details: your name, email address, phone number, and shipping and billing address.

Your photos: the photos you upload to create your magnets.

Payment: payments are processed by PayPal. We never receive or store your card or bank details.

Website usage: we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our site, such as pages viewed, device type and approximate location. Google Analytics uses cookies.

To print, pack and ship your order, send order confirmations and updates, answer your questions, and keep our website working and improve it. We don’t sell or rent your personal information.

We use your photos only to make and ship your magnets. They’re stored privately, they aren’t shared with anyone except as needed to fulfill your order, and we never use them in advertising or on social media without your written permission. We delete uploaded photos 90 days after your order is delivered.

Only with the service providers that help us run the store, and only what each one needs: PayPal, to process payments; the shipping carrier, to deliver your order; our website hosting and email provider, to run the site and send order emails; and Google Analytics, for website statistics. We may also share information if the law requires it.

Our site uses cookies that are needed for the cart and checkout to work, and analytics cookies from Google Analytics. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; if you block all cookies, the cart and checkout may not work.

Yes. You can ask us to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, including your photos. Email contact@mymagnetmoments.com and we’ll take care of it.

Our website isn’t directed to children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect personal information from them.

These terms apply when you use mymagnetmoments.com or place an order with Magnet Moments. By using the site or ordering, you agree to them.

We make flexible 5″ x 5″ (12.7 cm x 12.7 cm) photo magnets to order from the photos you upload. Colors can look slightly different in print than on your screen.

Prices are in US dollars and shown on each product page. Payment is made at checkout through PayPal or Venmo. If a price on the site is wrong because of an error, we may cancel the affected order and refund you in full.

We ship to every US state from Boyertown, PA. We don’t ship outside the United States. Shipping is a flat $5.99, and free on orders over $50. Orders take about one week from the day you order. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.

You confirm that you own each photo you upload or have permission to use it. Don’t upload photos that are illegal, hateful, sexually explicit, or that infringe someone else’s rights. We may refuse or cancel an order with such content and refund you.

You keep all rights to your photos. You give us permission to use them only to produce and deliver your order.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
